I’ve been writing since October 2010 and guess what – I’ve almost run out of Italian movies to review.
Of course there’s an endless list of Italian movies, but not ones that Americans can rent or buy, pop in their DVD players, and enjoy with English subtitles. There are a few of those that I haven’t reviewed yet, but mostly because I haven’t felt like it. “La Vita è Bella“, for instance, has been reviewed to death by thousands of writers far better than me. You don’t need me to tell you about “La Vita è Bella”.
In the top right hand corner of this blog you’ll find “Categories” and there, look for reviews, the movies that I’ve written about. Sometimes I talk about movies that would be hard for Americans to find, but the majority are readily available and have subtitles.
I’ll keep watching for new ones that come to US markets on DVD, in theaters, and on TV and I’ll finish up the ones that I’ve neglected. I’m also going to start pulling up ones that I’ve already reviewed from time to time just to remind everyone what’s out there. Don’t forget, region free DVD players are inexpensive and would allow you to watch movies from all over the world.
In the meantime, don’t forget to check out my reviews in Categories – and rent an Italian movie today!
