No excuses this week:
An Italian Romance (Une Romance Italienne – 2004) is on Time Warner International on demand and stars Stefano Accorsi (L’ultimo Bacio) and Maya Sansa (Buongiorno Notte). I saw this in Italy when it first came out and just remember that it was very sad. I’ll have to watch it again.
The Angel of Evil (Vallanzasca gli Angeli del Male – 2010) is playing in New York and LA. It’s the true story of an Italian mobster that made fools of Italian police for years and achieved rock star status and it stars Kim Rossi Stuart and Filippo Timi (Vincere, La Doppia Ora).
And last but not least, The Double Hour, (La Doppia Ora- 2009) is coming to my “city” ( if you want to call it that) Cleveland this week – and hopefully to yours. Check your paper and read my review. Oh my god it’s good!
