Italy will get to see Penelope Cruz in Sergio Castellitto’s Twice Born (Venuto al Mondo) on November 8 in their theaters and Entertainment One will distribute it in the US next year.
Cruz plays a woman whose memories of an affair in 1984 with a photographer (played by Emile Hirsch) surface when visiting Sarajevo with her son (Pietro Castellitto, Sergio Castellitto and Margaret Mazzantini’s son). Variety reports that EOne has picked up the North American distribution rights to the film and plans to send it to theaters in Canada and the U.S. in 2013!
