I hope to meet a lot of you for the screening of the directorial debut of my favorite actor, Luigi Lo Cascio, ‘La Città Ideale! I was at the film’s premier at the Venice Film Festival and Luigi was there for a Q&A afterwards. so I have a few insights I can share with you. I can’t wait here what you think!

A long time ago, he moved from Palermo to Siena, his ideal city. He has carried out an experiment in his flat for longer than one year: living in full self-sufficiency, without running water or electricity. On a rainy night, Michele gets caught up in a series of confusing and mysterious events. From this moment on, his joyful experience in the ideal city starts to waver.
For this event we’ll have a special guest Film Moderator: Cheri Passell. Cheri is a huge fan of Italian movies and she shares her passion with readers of her blog: http://iloveitalianmovies.com/. She is also a huge fan of Luigi Lo Cascio (the director and lead actor for our November film). Cheri calls the film “a roller coaster ride of suspense, anxiety and laughter”.
