Cinecittà Luce has announced just this morning that Pope Francis is to star in a new Nanni Moretti comedy about a pontiff who becomes a famous soccer star. Also in the cast, Margherita Buy and Luigi Lo Cascio. Filming is to begin this month and the Vatican has given permission for several scenes to be filmed in the Sistine Chapel.
