My Selfie Collection Is All Italian And Growing

You have to understand; I am not the kind of person to even say the word “selfie”. I spent years refusing to “high five” and “fist bump”. I never say the word “awesome” unless something is truly “awe-inspiring”. ( My grilled cheese sandwich is not “awesome”.) And I text, but I refuse to type “u” for “you” and thx for “thanks”. How much time does that save? No tattoos for me, no siree bob.

But I have taken to selfies, or “self-portraits”, as my friend Gilles likes to call them. I love them because it’s proof positive that I met someone famous and I’m obviously very star-struck when it comes to Italian actors and directors (I once pushed passed George Clooney to get to Filippo TImi, so what does that say?)
