#FF Cinema Made In Italy

Cinema Made In Italy is God’s gift to the Italian cinema lover.

There’s so much going on right now with Italian cinema in the US; who can keep up? We try, of course, but even we rely on Cinema Made in Italy, a major new initiative between Cinecittà Luce, the Italian Trade Commission and Emerging Pictures.

Cinema Made in Italy’s first release was Paolo Sorrentino’s  THE GREAT BEAUTY, and then  Valeria Golino’s HONEY, Bernardo Bertolucci’s ME AND YOU, Gianni Amelio’s,  INTREPIDO:  A LONELY HERO and Marco Bellocchio’s DORMANT BEAUTY.

They are a wealth of information about not just their films, but others that are released in the US. For instance, thanks, Cinema Made in Italy, for reminding me about La Mafia Uccide Solo D’Estate (The Mafia Only Kills in the Summer), opening next Friday in LA.
