Apparently everyone was in tears at the Cannes premier last night.
Nanni Moretti got over 10 minutes of love and applause at last night’s public screening of Mia Madre, his very personal film tribute to his mother. Moretti couldn’t hold back his emotion, and most of the cast and a much of the audience joined him in a good cry.
