Hollywood is coming to #Venezia72
Keeping in mind, at my very first Venice Film Festival I ran right place George Clooney to get to Filippo Timi, I will never-the-less be keeping my eyes open for stars of every kind this year.

Jake Gyllenhaal and Josh Brolin, stars of the festival’s opening film, Everest will be there, and Johnny Depp will accompany his highly anticipated Black Mass and his wife, Amber Heard, who will be there with her film, The Danish Girl. Black Mass is the true story of Whitey Bulger, the brother of a state senator and the most infamous violent criminal in the history of South Boston, who became a FBI informant to take down a Mafia family invading his turf.

Also in town for The Danish Girl, Oscar Winner Eddie Redmayne. The Danish Girl is a love story inspired by the lives of artists Lili Elbe and Gerda Wegener.

Ralph Fiennes and Tilda Swinton will be there with an Italian director Luca Guadagnino’s English language remake of the French film ‘La Piscine’, this one called A Bigger Splash.

Juliette Binoche is to arrive with her Italian film, L’Attesa.

Mark Ruffalo e Rachel McAdams will be there with Spotlight, a film about how the Boston Globe uncovered the massive scandal of child molestation and cover-up within the local Catholic Archdiocese.

A little drama for the red carpet: Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will both be there for the futuristic love story Equals and for Childhood of a Leader, about the childhood life of a post-World War I leader.
Christopher Plummer, Martin Landau and Bruno Ganz will be there for the thriller, Remember, and Anthony Hopkins for Go With Me, the story of an ex-logger comes to the aid of a woman who returns to her hometown in the Pacific Northwest and finds herself harassed and stalked by a former cop.
