Best-selling author and screen writer Stephen Amidon and Scuola Holden (Storytelling and Performing Arts) are offering us a unique opportunity: Wine& Words, an intensive ten-day writing English-language workshop held in the beautiful wine country of Northern Italy, a crash course in fiction writing “that will empower the writer to achieve this most elusive of ambitions”. “It will provide participants with the tools and inspiration necessary to realize their literary aspirations.”
You’ll work on your writing, and you get to explore northern Italy with one of the nicest most talented authors on the planet, Stephen Amidon. Amidon was born in Chicago and is the author of a book of short stories and seven novels, including Human Capital, on which the David Di Donatello Best Film award winner, Il Capital Umano was based.
Along with the daily writing workshops with Amidon, you’ll explore northern Italy from Torino to the wine country of the Langhe Region (Barolo, Alba, La Morra, and more).
