Claudia Gerini is even more beautiful today, if that’s possible, than she was twenty years ago when she starred in Carlo Verdone’s crazy comedy Viaggi di Nozze.
If you are in Europe or have the use of a region free DVD player, don’t miss her in two of my favorites comedies starring Gerini, Amiche Da Morire (Friends To Die For) and the Christmas classic, Una Famiglia Perfetta (A Perfect Family).
In Amiche Da Morire, she plays Gilda, the hooker who makes a couple of friends for life helping with one of their “marital problems”. And in Una Famiglia Perfetta, she’s hired to play the part of an eccentric rich guy’s “perfect” wife for the holidays.
She’s sexy, funny, and a great actress, and though a lot of her movies aren’t available in the US, you can stream:
