Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles and Lincoln Center’s ‘Open Roads: New Italian Cinema’ and warm woolen mittens, these are a few of my favorite things.
I don’t really have any special feelings about kettles, but I do love Open Roads.
This year, I’ve gotten to meet and speak with quite a few filmmakers and in the next few weeks you’ll be hearing about it more than you probably even want to. My interviews with Daniele Luchetti, Roberto Andrò, Alessandro Rossetto, and Gianfranco Rosi are coming soon and they will be truly worth reading.
